Design Consultant

Our design consultants are crucial in the success of our business. In this position, you will work with individual clients to collaboratively design a closet that caters to each client’s needs. You will use your creativity and design expertise to guide clients toward their dream closet, home office, garage, pantry, library, or entertainment system. You are responsible for measurements, sketches, design, and providing excellent customer service.

We provide in-depth training and excellent technical support. We offer a continual training system to keep each designer up-to-date on industry trends and innovations. We have full and part-time positions, pre-set appointments, and flexible hours.

Customer Service Coordinator

Our customers are the cornerstones of our success, and as a customer service coordinator, you’re in charge of their satisfaction. You will make calls, and coordinate designer, installer, and client schedules, among various other tasks. This position will require you to wear multiple hats and requires someone energetic, upbeat, and willing to learn.

Installer

Installers take designs and make them a reality. After the production department manufactures the organization unit, the installer will carefully transport it to the client’s home. The installer then must build the unit into the wall, taking into account all measurements and working with efficiency and competency.

An installer should not only have construction skills, but also an eye for aesthetics. You should take pleasure in creating something for a client, and appreciate design as much as construction. We have a full training program that will teach you everything from the basics to installing an intricate entertainment center.

Production/Woodworker

Each of our locations has a custom job shop, where we cut one job at a time. This position calls for someone who loves working with wood and is eager to produce high-quality products in a timely manner. We work mostly with the 32mm system, and our products range from simple systems to customized cabinetry with custom finishes.

Other

We have many other exciting positions available in areas such as accounting, administration, and management. If you are interested in employment, please contact your local Closet Factory location directly to discuss current openings.
