When the installer finishes your project, Murphy Bed Lifestyles by Closet Factory’s commitment to workmanship is just beginning. Because we strive to design, manufacture and install the best possible closet and home organization systems, we offer a limited warranty* against defects in workmanship or materials provided by the owner of the location you purchased from. Here at Closet Factory, we take closet design seriously because we know that every custom system we manufacture will be used day in and day out.
All of our wall bed cabinets and home organization systems are carefully manufactured at the local factory according to your needs. We offer only the best materials that you and your home deserve. Most of our systems are built to the floor however all like our built-ins are crafted like custom-made furniture and anchored into the walls for your family’s safety.
We hope you’ll take this opportunity to meet with one of our skilled designers so that you can compare for yourself how our designs and products measure up. Since 1983 we have created custom wall bed systems built to last. Some things never change.
* Warranty is void if there is a misuse of the product, an Act of God, or if it is disassembled or worked on by anyone other than a certified Closet Factory installer. Additionally, failure to pay the full contracted amount for any reason voids all warranty work. Products included in the system that are not manufactured by Closet Factory—wall bed mechanisms (Sico, Murphy Bed, Hafele, and other brands we carry), sliding door mirrors, car lifts, etc.—come with their own limited warranty from the manufacturer and not from Closet Factory. We will replace or fix them only if they have been improperly installed.
